This tenant improvement proposal for a local sports team partnership was designed around the needs and spirit of an organization in constant pursuit of the top. The tower provides unobstructed views of downtown and sports facilities – including rooftop access to patios and adjacent helipad. The space plan includes a multi-use hospitality suite for dining, entertaining, meetings and a private floor for normal business activities. Design focal points include “living holograms” of sports heroes, a sports museum, and interactive activities and imagery which elevate the endeavors of this notable business.
